Employee Fitness Center Contract

  • Fitness Center Rollout: We will begin allowing staff to utilize the fitness center at DMS and AAHS beginning on November 13th, if all paperwork has been completed.

    In response to numerous requests from staff members who wish to utilize our fitness centers, the School Board has agreed to pilot a program as part of our wellness initiative. Our intention is to offer this benefit consistently and safely. We will begin a pilot program on November 13th.

    1. Only employees will be allowed to use our fitness centers. Spouses, children, significant others and/or friends are not covered under this program or through our facility use policy.
    2. Employee use will be tracked through the scan card, so even if you are walking in with a friend, we need both employees to scan their card when they enter the space.        
    3. Staff who wish to utilize this privilege need to watch the video linked here.
    4. Prior approval is required. The form displayed below provides an agreement and liability waiver that will need to be signed and approved by the HR director. Forms can be sent via intradistrict mail or emailed to Scott. He will give final approval, and at that time will notify the technology department to give access through the employee scan card.
